Orders placed before 15:00 CET are usually processed and shipped on the second day. You will receive an email with tracking information.
Need pickup instructions? You can pick up your order in Leerdam (near Utrecht). You will receive an email with a pickup time and a refund for your delivery costs. This usually happens within 24 hours.
RETURNS
We don't accept returns due to hygiene reasons. Our products are made in a hygienic manner. When the product is finished it will be closed in the packaging.
The customer is the first person to open the product. In addition, it is indicated when the product was made so that customers receive the freshest possible product.
But believe me… You don’t want to return our products! It’s addicted.
