What ingredients do you use?
Our products contain carefully selected natural ingredients known for their skin-loving properties. We avoid harsh chemicals and strive for products that are both effective and gentle on the skin.
What makes your body butters so special?
Our body butters are handmade with love and care, containing the best natural ingredients to nourish and hydrate your skin. We don't use parfum or chemical colorants, so you can enjoy a pure, luxurious experience. The creamy texture melts quickly into your skin without leaving a sticky feeling.
How long do handmade products stay good?
Our handmade products are best when fresh, but they have a shelf life of about 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Be sure to close the products tightly to maintain freshness and protect the fragrance.
Can your products be used for all skin types?
Yes! Our products are suitable for a wide range of skin types. Whether you have oily, dry, sensitive, or combination skin, we offer a product that’s perfect for you. For specific skin needs, such as anti-aging or extra hydration, we recommend reading our product descriptions for more information.
My body butter has melted, what should I do?
Body butters can melt in warm temperatures due to the natural butters that form the base of the product. You can place it in the refrigerator to solidify again and use it as usual. The effectiveness and quality remain intact. However, the whipped texture may not be as visible as before.
My product has two colors. Does this mean different scents or effects?
Some of our products naturally have two colors, but don’t worry this doesn’t affect the scent or the effectiveness of the product.
The product is made and scented first, and then the colors are carefully added. All of our products are handmade, one color may appear more prominent than the other, but this is simply part of their unique charm!
Rest assured, it doesn’t change the performance at all. It’s just another reason why each product is special!

Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes, we have a loyalty program called Beauty Points! You earn Beauty Points every time you shop, which you can redeem for free shipping and discounts.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
- Netherlands: €5.95 for orders up to €49.99, free shipping on orders over €50. Delivery time: 1–2 business days.
- Belgium, Germany, France: €7.50 for orders up to €74.99, free shipping on orders over €75. Delivery time: 1–5 business days.
- Rest of Europe: €14,95 Delivery time: 3-8 business days.
Can I pick up my order?
No, you cannot pick up your order. If you order before 22:59, you will receive your order the next day (NL). Additionally, enjoy free shipping on orders over €50.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Our returns
How do I start a return?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to send it back for any reason. Once we receive your return, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Can I return used or opened products?
We truly hope you’ll love your products from the moment you try them. However, if they’re not the perfect match, you may return opened items as long as at least 80% of the product is still unused.
Can I return items from a bundle?
Yes, you may return part of your order. Please note that if you return an item from a discounted bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply.
