When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 23:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 23:00 will be shipped the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination, but within the Netherlands we aim for next-day delivery. This does depend on the speed and handling of the carrier.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Track & Trace link. You can also track your order in your account on our website.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can still update the address. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and products, along with your order number. We’ll resolve it quickly.
