We’re sorry to hear that your purchase wasn’t the perfect match.

At Nairobi Skincare, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every product you use. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your package.


Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 14 working days, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Before you start your return, please keep the following in mind:
Used products may be returned with conditions

You may return any Nairobi Skincare product even if it has been opened or used, as long as at least 80% of the product remains. This allows you to test the product while ensuring fair use.
Returns from bundles

If you return individual items from a discounted bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply. The products you keep will be charged at their standard individual price.

Empty products cannot be returned

Products that are empty or nearly empty fall outside of our return policy and cannot be refunded.

Only orders from our official website can be returned

We can only accept returns for purchases made directly on www.nairobiskincare.com.

Orders placed through external retailers or third-party platforms cannot be refunded through our system.

Return notification required

If we do not receive a return notification from you, we unfortunately cannot process the return and no refund can be issued.

We can only refund once the returned items have been received and reviewed by our team.

Packaging tip

Please pack your items carefully. Whenever possible, we recommend using the original packaging. Some of our products contain fragile components (such as glass), and we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping.

STEP 1

  • Photos of the products you wish to return

We will provide the return address along with any additional instructions needed to complete your return smoothly.

Send your package back

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Please use the original packaging whenever possible to protect the products during transit.

Receive your refund

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used at checkout.
