Not completely happy with your order? We want every Nairobi Skincare experience to feel just right.

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving your package. You're welcome to try the product first, as long as at least 80% remains, we'll accept the return.

Please note the following:
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please use a tracked shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for returns that don't reach us.

- Original shipping costs will be refunded when you exercise your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. For returns outside this period, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the same payment method used at checkout.

Before you start your return, please keep the following in mind:
Used products may be returned with conditions

You may return any Nairobi Skincare product even if it has been opened or used, as long as at least 80% of the product remains. This allows you to test the product while ensuring fair use.

Returns from bundles
If you return individual items from a discounted bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply. The products you keep will be charged at their standard individual price.

Empty products cannot be returned
Products that are empty or nearly empty fall outside of our return policy and cannot be refunded.

Only orders from our official website can be returned
We can only accept returns for purchases made directly on www.nairobiskincare.com. Orders placed through external retailers or third-party platforms cannot be refunded through our system.

Return notification required
If we do not receive a return notification from you, we unfortunately cannot process the return and no refund can be issued. We can only refund once the returned items have been received and reviewed by our team.

Packaging tip
Please pack your items carefully. Whenever possible, we recommend using the original packaging. Some of our products contain fragile components (such as glass), and we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping.

Return instructions

STEP 1

Start your return

The fastest way is via our withdrawal button, no login required. Click "Cancel your order" in the footer of our website, fill in your order number and email address, and confirm your request. You'll receive a confirmation email with return instructions within minutes.

Prefer to email us? Send the following to info@nairobiskincare.com:
- Your order number
- Your full name and address
- Photos of the products you wish to return
- Reason for return

STEP 2

You will receive an email from us

We will provide the return address along with any additional instructions needed to complete your return smoothly.

STEP 3

Send your package back

Send your package back within 14 days of your withdrawal confirmation. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please use a tracked shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Include a note with your full name and order number inside the parcel. Whenever possible, use the original packaging to protect the products during transit.

Receive your refund

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days via the same payment method used at checkout.

Please note: we only accept returns within the 14-day withdrawal period. Your full order amount including your original shipping costs will be refunded.
