Our organic lip balm contains no synthetic preservatives, so it has a shorter shelf life than regular lip balms. On average, an organic or handmade lip balm stays fresh for 6 to 12 months after opening, depending on how it’s stored.

Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat (like your car). Natural oils and butters can lose their scent or texture over time. Our packaging states 6 months, but if it still smells and feels good, it's perfectly fine to keep using it!
