Why is there no water in your body butters?
On purpose. Water dilutes, a real butter is meant to be thick and concentrated. No water means no filler, and barely any preservatives needed, so what you get is pure butters and oils, every ingredient with a purpose.
Will it feel greasy?
Because it's concentrated, a little goes a long way. Use a small amount, warm it between your hands and smooth it on, it melts in and leaves skin soft, not sticky.
